RETURN POLICY: Exchanges Only within 10 business days with prior return authorization, do not return without authorization, no cash returns, a store credit towards a future purchase is available. All sales are final on clear bags, paperweights and clearance. A 20% re-stocking fee applies to vinyl supplies and booklets.
For exchanges or store credit for merchandise, contact craftercity@gmail.com for pre-authorization within 3 business days. No exchanges after 10 business days. Shipping is not re-imbursable and you will be charged for a new shipment. Do not return without approval.
SHIPPING TERMS: You can add items to the cart and select the best rate shipping method without entering a payment to determine the cost. The s&h cost generally covers shipping, your account may be billed if there is s&h balance due prior to shipping your order.
If you select the shipping rate that is intended for tassels/vinyl sleeves/clearbags which is a lower rate and you are purchasing books, it will not cover the cost and your account will be billed the balance due.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? Most orders ship via USPS by the next day business day. Shipping is subject to on-hand availability:
1ST CLASS MAIL is sent uninsured and is not traceable in the US postal system. 1st class mail will not be replaced by BookBlanks.com if it is lost or damaged by the post office. It may take up to 7 business days to receive it and please be assured your order will be packaged with care as we want you to be happy with your purchase. Priority mail is traceable and normally arrives on time in 2-3 business days with good results.
MEDIA/PARCEL SELECT MAIL: Larger or Book orders, please allow extra shipping time approx. 1-5 business days pending incoming freight daily. Allow from Oregon 2-10 business days to you from shipping date, you will be notified of any delay.
COASTERS/TASSELS/SLEEVES: Coaster Orders will ship via USPS priority mail Or UPS. Tassels and Vinyl Sleeves ship USPS subject to on-hand supply, larger orders will ship direct from the factory via UPS please allow 4-5 business days.
PAPERWEIGHTS: May take approx. 7-10 business days for incoming freight. Expedited factory shipping available in the shopping cart.
BOOKS/GAME BOARD KITS: Usually ship in 1-5 business days pending incoming freight. You will be notified of estimated shipping date if there is a delay.
BOOKLETS: Please allow for assembly, these are custom made to order and usually ship within 2 business days.
CANADA: Shipping to Canada via USPS priority mail is an available option, however, there have been shipments that have been delayed past the USPS delivery of 7-10 business days. Please see the HELP menu for more information prior to purchasing so that you are aware of the shipping process. INTERNATIONAL: So sorry, due to international credit card fraud and unable to track packages once they leave the US, orders ship only to valid USA and Canada addresses, no exceptions.
CANCELLATIONS: No cancellations once your order is pending shipment or pending incoming freight. If you changed your mind please email by the next business morning 8 am west coast time your order will be voided.
