When will my order Ship?
  • Orders usually ships same or next business day, but may be on back order status pending incoming freight, you will be notified of any delay.
Upon Ready to Ship: Orders Ships Subject to On-Hand Availability, may be pending incoming freight
  • You will be sent a tracking # from ShippingEasy.com
  • First class mail takes 4-10 business days to arrive.
  • Priority mail is recommended and will ship upon in-stock availability takes 2-3 business days upon shipment.
  • Allow extra shipping days for glass paperweights.
  • (1-3) 11x 8 books will fit in an envelope.
  • Accounts may billed if any balance due to cover shipping cost.
  • Do not put glass paperweights in the microwave or commercial grade dishwashers, glass paperweights may have natural tiny imperfections and should not be considered as seconds or flaws.
  • Glass Paperweights, clearance and vinyl sleeves are not returnable.
  • Tassels usually ship USPS or may UPS ground direct from the factory if not on hand.
  • Books, Game Lands, Puzzles: Usually ship same or next business day, please allow extra shipping time 1-5 business days pending incoming freight daily and for larger orders, your order will then ship priority or ground according to your shipping selection at checkout.
  • 11x9 XL books: do not fit in a flat rate envelope-select regional box for 1-10. Or purchase 11x8 books, 1-3 fit in an envelope. In the shipping menu: Select for (1-10) Item# XL PP-13 11x9 Big Blank Books or regional box, your account will be billed s&h balance due or choose 11x8 book.

Trouble Shooting Error Messages:
  • Error Message: If you are getting a shipping error message: The 'Shipping Rates Have Been Updated'...or other errors try refreshing the page: CTRL + F5 or CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE. This is a hard refresh that reloads the entire page.
  • Need assistance? Call or text 503 480-9909 and leave a message for Maxine, I will return your call, (west coast time) and help you with the transaction as soon as possible.
  • Invoice ID Required error-please contact Maxine this is a Volusion system errror.
Note For Paypal users: If you are receiving an error message "Invoice Id Required or other codes" please go back and try using a credit card, the tech support team at Volusion is trying to resolve the issue.
