Paying with Checks or Money Orders:
1. Add merchandise items to the shopping cart
2. Create a customer id and unique password
3. Proceed to checkout, select s&h options and select a method. (See Shipping Note Below To Determine Full amount for s&h)
4. Complete checkout by selecting payment option "check by mail"
5. Print invoice and include with your check payment total. Please send the check by the next business day, your order will not ship until payment is received.

Canada Customers: USPS priority mail ships uninsured, no reimbursement for lost, stolen, damage, orders ship at your risk. Your order will ship best rate USPS International Priority Mail.
Heavy weight orders such as books is now an option to ship Fed Ex International.
*How Much Is Shipping/Terms: Add the items to your cart, enter your zip code and state, recalculate, then select the shipping option and it will give you a total. Upon processing your order, your account may be billed S&H balance due, if any*. You may request a shipping quote prior to purchase by going to the Help Menu -Contact and email your request prior to purchase. The shipping calculator has been updated to offer more choices at lower shipping costs and includes a handling fee and usually covers the cost. Products subject to availability.
If the shipping calculator does not give you a rate, the system may be down, you may try again later or send an email and it will be calculated for you.
*Parcel Post takes approx. 2-8 business days from Oregon depending on your zone. On larger or out of stock items it takes approx. 5-6 business days for incoming freight from the factory. This is the best shipping rate for books which are heavy it is also calculated by your zone from Oregon. A box of 100 standard size books weighs approx. 38 lbs.
*Fed Ex Ground has been added for heavy weight orders for books, the min. order is $300 and included in the shipping cost is a $30.00 pick up fee + $15 Fuel Fee and handling fee but is usually a better rate than US parcel post for heavier weight orders such as books. (USPS is main carrier with free pick up). Delivery is usually within 5 buisness days once payment is received it takes approx. 5-6 business days for incoming freight from the factory on larger orders.
*US Priority mail usually takes 2-3 business days, business days include Saturday. Most orders ship the same or next business day, subject to availability, you will be notified of incoming freight date or possible substitutes.
UPS Ground larger orders such as bookmark tassels, vinyl sleeves and clear bags may ship direct to you from the factory using their main carrier.
